The principle of ultrasonic handheld spot welding machine:

When ultrasound acts on the thermoplastic contact surface, the high frequency vibration of tens of thousands of times per second is produced. This high frequency vibration sends ultrasonic energy to the surface of the ultrasonic welding material through the ultrasonic mould, so the material will produce high temperature. The contact surface of plastics is rapidly melted, and after pressure is added, it is melted into one and solidified, so that ultrasonic welding can be achieved.

Ultrasonic welding:
Ultrasonic vibration along with ultrasonic welding mold, the ultrasonic energy transmission to the surface of the plastic welding, resulting in local high temperature, so that the surface of the plastic melts. Under the pressure of ultrasonic handheld, the plastic can be melted, beautiful and firm.
Ultrasonic implantation:
The nut screw or other metal is placed on the plastic workpiece and the ultrasonic energy is transmitted to the metal through an ultrasonic wave machine. After high-speed vibration heating, the metal is directly embedded into the plastic under the pressure of the ultrasonic machine.

Ultrasonic riveting:
The metal and plastic or two different plastic joints can be welded by ultrasonic riveting so that the weldments are not easy to embrittlement, beautiful and firm.
Ultrasonic spot welding:

By using a small ultrasonic welding head, two pieces of plastic products are divided into multi point welding, or the whole toothed welding head is directly pressed on two pieces of plastic workpiece, thus the effect of ultrasonic spot welding is achieved.
